QLED and The Frame TVsI have a samsung 75" Q900TS that I received as a house warming gift 4 years ago and has worked flawlessly for us up until this morning. We were watching movies on it last night with no issues. Woke up this morning, turned it on and there was some distortion and static noise coming out from the speaker. My wife turned the TV off and tried to turn it back on, but it never turned back on again. We have tried to reset the TV, move the cord from power surge to different outlet directly, follow every instruction online to drain the cap etc. But it still does not turn on. Once the power cord is plugged in, the red led is there but blinks. Everytime it blinks, I hear a click in the back of the TV. Its been hours since we started trying all of these solutions, but still does not work. Anyone have any experience with this issue? This supposedly was one of the top tier TVs during that time and super expensive, just to go out after 4 years? I am a huge believer in Samsung as I use everything samsung from mobile phone to laptop to surround sound and sound bars. But this truly disappointed me. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

QLED and The Frame TVsHello @Derekintegra thank you for reaching out to the Community. I understand how the issues that you are having with the power can be very inconvenient and frustrating.
I have listed some additional troubleshooting steps below that may help you with the issue.
1. Try unplugging all HDMI devices, as a faulty component can cause a boot loop.
2. You can also check the remote to ensure that none of the buttons are stuck. Also try removing the batteries from the remote and turning the unit on manually.
to determine if this is an issue with the remote
I hope that this information was able to clear up the issue. Please feel free to let us know if it helped. If you do need service, you can click this link for assistance https://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/.

QLED and The Frame TVsHi Kyle, I have also tried what you have suggested already and the TV still wont power on. Holding power button on TV also does nothing.

QLED and The Frame TVsWow...I thought that there would be more of an interaction back and forth for debugging, but I guess that's it? Solution is just to request a repair and possibly pay the premium to fix a high end TV that went out prematurely?
