Samsung Q6FD series 65 4K QLED autoplay last app not available

Hello. Purchased 2025 version of the 65 in 4K QLED. Trying to stop apps from autoplaying. Was advised in other threads to go to Start Screen Option and turn off autoplay last app. that selection doesn’t show up for me (see image).

any other options (you can see in the image autorun Samsung tv plus is OFF already)? 

also, confirmed I am updated to latest version.

I am experiencing this exact same issue on my 55 inch QLED Q8F 2025 model. My menu option looks exactly like that, and when I turn on the TV the most recently used app will reopen no matter if it was fully exited or force closed previously. Resetting Smart Hub through the settings menu didn’t fix it and the same thing happens. My software was last updated early January to version 1203 and says it’s the latest one. Does yours have the same one?

I have a similar problem with my U8000FD 43" from Costco. I cannot even get to the Start Screen option. My old Samsung TV did not have this problem.

I finally got  to through the menus to Start Screen Option. I turned off both "Start with Smart Hub" and "Autorun Samsung TV Plus". Now it goes directly to my HDMI 2 which is my Kindle Fire input. I find the Samsung menu has too much advertising, and its screen is confusing.
