Our tv isnโt even a month old and the Home Screen stopped working today. I can get into an app like Netflix by pressing the Netflix button and can move around no problem in Netflix or any other app. Itโs just the Home Screen that I can move around or choose anything. I would do a factory reset except I canโt get into setting as itโs on the Home Screen. We have unplugged it, left it off, and still nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

No havenโt fixed it yet. Iโm using my phone currently as the remote as I can get into all my apps that way. Iโm going to give customer service a call tomorrow. Itโs obvious an issue with this tv since Iโve had 5 replyโs stating the same thing is happening with them. So annoying!!! Iโll post if I get it fixed and hopefully it will help everyone. ๐ค
So weird seems a lot of people are having this issue! Maybe they did an update and played with us all lol. Iโll call them tomorrow and see if they can walk me through how to fix it. Iโll post if I get it working.
Thanks so much for the link. Iโm working around it using my phone through the SmartThings app. Hopefully they fix it. Seems like it must have been an update they did.
