Over the past three weeks Samsung has deleted the Samsung TV Plus favorites list EIGHT TIMES. That's eight times I've had to recreate my Favorites list.
Apparently when the channel list is updated Samsung has opted to delete user's Favorites list. Idiots.
This is not a new problem. It's been the case for the past two years, although it usually happened only 3-4x a year. Now SEVEN TIMES in less than three weeks. Over the past two years I have had two support contacts trying to resolve the issue and their go-to advice is to reset the TV wiping out all settings. And it doesn't fix the issue THEY are causing on their end.
It took THREE FULL DAYS to get the support request call back last time.
I have six Samsung TV's in my house averaging about $1200 each. I have four Samsung cell phones in the family and a Samsung Galaxy TabPro. That's a lot of consumer spending.
And they have totally up the Guide by making the actual channel content only half the screen and the details for each program so small that it's nearly unreadable. All in favor of promoting content I don't want or need.
Complete incompetence.
There are multiple reports on this site of the same complaints and NOT ONCE has Samsung responded, let alone fixed the problems.
I HAVE HAD IT WITH YOU. I will NEVER buy another Samsung device again. I'll take my business to another company that cares about their customers.
Worst. Support. Ever.
NEVER AGAIN.
