So i recently saw that my samsung tv plus app isn't opening by itself and i cant even find it in the app menu. I was a bit confused as to where it is gone or maybe somehow i would've deleted it.
But nope, i never deleted it nor did anything to it. Now when i try to find it in the app store, nothing comes up. And when i press watch now from the samsung tv plus ad, an error comes that samsung tv plus has been unistalled, install now.
But everytime i press the install now button, nothing happens. It doesn't install, it doesn't show anything.
Please let me know if there is a issue or maybe the app is down or something. I'm from the gcc region, and it was working before.
It is odd that a Samsung TV would not have it's own app installed or available to be installed, since it can only be used on Samsung devices. Perhaps it is only compatible with phones and tablets?.
It was installed, and i was using it also. But suddenly it disappeared. I have a call scheduled with samsung soon, they'll check the issue by remote access..lets see the result.
I'm having the same exact issue. My problems are word for word what you just said. So I'm going to start out by wishing you good luck when it comes to fixing the situation with the help of Samsungs support staff. I spent around 4 hours of the phone with Samsung support. She took over using remote access. She was as confused as I was thant the app would just disappear and have no way to reinstall it. She tried everything possible and nothing worked. Finally she said there nothing more she can do. She said maybe withth a little luck, the app will somehow just reappear and it did when it disappeared
