QLED and The Frame TVs
Hello everyone. I recently bought a new Samsung TV. A 2025 model U8000F. When I use the Samsung TV app to stream video the sound gets out of sync with the video very often. Usually after an ad or commercial. It looks like watching a foreign film dubbed to English. I can swap channels and swap back and it fixes itself until the next commercial or ad. Is there a way to stop this from happening?
It is not my internet connection because if I plug in a Roku it works fine. Also some of the built-in apps on the TV work fine without issues such as YouTube, Netflix, and Tubi. So far this issue only happens with the Samsung TV app and the Pluto app in the TV. However the Pluto app works fine with my Roku plugged into HDMI on the same TV. Is Samsung TV app just a mess that needs developer work, or could there be a way to resolve this myself? Thank you.

It's not my internet. It is the app on the TV. The Samsung TV Plus app works flawlessly on my Galaxy S25+, but sound gets out of sync with video when using the same app in the TV.
