QLED and The Frame TVsHey, userxQO7nprz9y! Thank you for sharing your concern with us. We would be more than happy to assist you with this concern. I have a few tips for you to try to fix this matter. The 1st link covers the steps on how to properly connect your Alexa to the TV: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10005208/
If you are still experiencing problems, make sure you confirm the voice assistant setting. On 2025 models, the menu path has changed slightly:
1) Navigate to Settings > All Settings.
2) Select Advanced Features (this replaces "General & Privacy" from older models).
3) Go to Voice > Voice Assistant and ensure Amazon Alexa is selected as the active assistant.
Next Try performing a Power Cycle & Soft Reset. To do this, unplug the TV from the wall for 60 seconds, then plug it back in.
Lastly, try refreshing the Alexa integration. Relinking the account may solve this symptom. Go back to Advanced Features > Voice > Amazon Alexa Settings and try signing out and then back in. Ensure your TV is on the latest firmware by going to Settings > Support > Software Update.

Hello, userxQO7nprz9y, We understand your concern that trying the steps above didn't fix the Alexa app, and we want to help with this issue.
Based on our research, here's some additional steps you can try.
* Make sure the TV is signed into your Samsung Account and SmartThings on your mobile device
* Check that the firmware is up to date on your Samsung TV. (https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10002051/)
If the steps above don't resolve this, next try these steps
* Sign out of Alexa on your Samsung TV
* Unplug your TV for at least 60 seconds
* Reset the wi-fi router that the TV connects to (Follow your internet service provider's instructions for how to reset the router)
Try connecting to Alexa.
If the issue persists,
* Reset the Smart Hub on the TV http://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshoot/TSG10000062/
(please take note of any usernames and passwords for all apps you have on the TV as you'll have to log back in to all apps after the smart hub reset)
Here's some additional information for using Alexa with the Samsung TV: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10005261/
If you need specific information for your TV model, please feel free to provide the model number.
Please let us know if this helps.
