Tv turns on and then the menu comes up long enough for me to press one button then tv shuts off and begins looping until I unplug it, seems like it might have been a failed update but I can’t do a factory reset without accessing the menus. There is nothing plugged in. Seems this is a known issue based on the amount of posts I have seen about this. Is there any sort of recall for this issue?
Saw this on Reddit Try to pull the batteries out of the remote then hold the power button down on the TV for 15 seconds. It worked for me and I’m no longer stuck in boot loop.
