Samsung tv plus stuck on one channel

I cannot use remote to select any other app other than Samsung tv plus. By default it launches the app and that one specific channel. I cannot change any channels or even exit the app and select any other app.

Having the same issue. The only partial workaround is using voice. Press and hold the microphone button, say something like "Open Settings" or "Paramount". Whatever you do, don't reset Smart Hub, it does nothing but remove all of your added apps.

Amazing workaround. Love it as a temporary solution. I hope there is a real solution. But thank you so very much for your help and suggestion. It works like a charm.

I am glad. Also, if you use Bixby on your phone, you can create routines to change channels if you know the channel number. What is strange is that you can still press and hold the channel button to bring up the channel list from your physical remote.

Same problem, nothing works. Is this a world wide Samsung problem, then? I'm in Spain.

Also having this issue on my 2025 TV. Hopefully a solution is realized soon. Has to be a software issue.

Call Samsung support and tell them. They will send you a new remote if it is still under warranty. I have heard that it is a remote problem. Good luck.

I also have the same issue, I've got three different Samsung remotes that work fine on my 65 inch but nothing for the 32 inch. Don't think this is a remote issue, it's most likely a corrupted update file.

I'm having the same problem. Started yesterday.  I also have use the Smart Things Phone app to get into the apps that I want and from there, I can use the remote to navigate.  I haven't tried the Voice Option yet. And this is a Temporary Solution (band-aid) and not a true solution.  Samsung needs to provide more information and an update.
