Cannot connect to Bluetooth soundbar. When I go to Bluetooth Speaker List it begins to search, but cannot find any device. Bluetooth speaker is just below TV. Tried soft reset no luck, software update - no luck. What do I need to do next?

QLED and The Frame TVsHi, thomnic52, Thank you for following up that the TV is not connecting to any Bluetooth device.
We show that your initial concern was that the soundbar isn't connecting via Bluetooth. We would recommend connecting the soundbar to the TV via a high-speed HDMI cable with Ethernet support on the ARC/eARC ports for both the TV and the sound bar if that option is available for your sound bar.
As far as the Bluetooth not working, the steps provided will normally resolve the Bluetooth connection issue, but since the TV is still not connecting to Bluetooth, service would be necessary.

QLED and The Frame TVsYes, and I have tried other Bluetooth items (hearing aids, headphones) and nothing connects. TV just searches and returns the message "no items found".

QLED and The Frame TVsthomnic52, we appreciate you being as accurate as possible and suggest that you may want to just do a factory reset and start over as a final option. You can review our article here, https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10005248/, and please keep in mind after performing a reset on the TV, you will need to sign back into your apps.
