QLED and The Frame TVsI have a frame tv and a sonos soundbar connected using eARC. Works fine for a while, but every few days it just cuts out. Sometimes the entire TV just turns off in the middle of watching something and then the sound goes to the TV only. I spend a long time trying to unplug the TV unit, power everything back up, and it never fixes it. I have an alexa plug so the frame is turned off for 8 hours each night without power, and usually by the next day when it restarts it's working again. But if I manually unplug for 15 minutes and start it back up it doesn't work.
I read about a lot of issues with eARC and sonos and samsung. Would switching to digital optical solve this permanently? When it does happen, how can I fix it on the spot? I can't actually enter the All Settings menu, the tv just spins forever when this happens, so I can't even check all the settings on the TV.

QLED and The Frame TVsSorry but it sounds like something is going bad in the tv since you said it will randomly power off. I suggest contacting Customer Service and possibly having a tech check it out

QLED and The Frame TVsI don't think so, it happens on all 3 new samsung frame TV's I have. A google search brings up issues between sonos and samsung and also the samsung eARC feature.
What I need help with is how do I fix it when it happens? Also, why can't I get into the "all settings" menu on the TV?
