QLED and The Frame TVs

I have a frame tv and a sonos soundbar connected using eARC. Works fine for a while, but every few days it just cuts out. Sometimes the entire TV just turns off in the middle of watching something and then the sound goes to the TV only. I spend a long time trying to unplug the TV unit, power everything back up, and it never fixes it. I have an alexa plug so the frame is turned off for 8 hours each night without power, and usually by the next day when it restarts it's working again. But if I manually unplug for 15 minutes and start it back up it doesn't work.

I read about a lot of issues with eARC and sonos and samsung. Would switching to digital optical solve this permanently? When it does happen, how can I fix it on the spot? I can't actually enter the All Settings menu, the tv just spins forever when this happens, so I can't even check all the settings on the TV.

Sorry but it sounds like something is going bad in the tv since you said it will randomly power off.  I suggest contacting Customer Service and possibly having a tech check it out

I don't think so, it happens on all 3 new samsung frame TV's I have. A google search brings up issues between sonos and samsung and also the samsung eARC feature.

What I need help with is how do I fix it when it happens? Also, why can't I get into the "all settings" menu on the TV?
