4 months after purchasing my 85 inch QLED, I started having sound issues. I play my audio through the TV speakers as it has Dolby ATMOS. The sound it normally brings out becomes stereo sounding and very low. Sometimes resetting the tv works but that may also take up to the 5th attempt which shouldn't be normal. All diagnostic tests get run and sometimes it stays as a low stereo sound. Does anyone else have this issue? If so how is it fixed? I don't think it's a settings issue as it goes from normal sounding speakers to an antique portable radio.
