I would like to report a persistent issue I am encountering with Samsung TV Plus on my television (model in the subject). Although I am able to access the platform and navigate through the available content, selecting any channel results in an error, and the selected channel fails to load properly. The error message appears immediately upon channel selection, preventing playback.
Steps I have taken so far:
Restarted the television, both via the power cycle and through the system settings.
Verified that the internet connection is stable (wired connection via Ethernet / Wi-Fi with sufficient bandwidth).
Checked for and installed any available software updates (latest firmware version installed: [insert firmware version]).
Cleared the cache of the Samsung TV Plus app through the settings menu.
Attempted to change region settings, as some regional restrictions may apply.
Despite these troubleshooting steps, the issue persists. Could you please advise if this is a known issue with Samsung TV Plus, or if there are further technical steps that I should take to resolve it?
