The Frame TV One Connect Box flashes bright white light around 1am

Twice this week, my camera caught the One Connect box flashing bright white light for just a second around 1am. Is this a fire hazard? Does this need replacing? Please help. I'm now turning off the Frame TV at night at the power point.
