Trying to follow up on refund/replacement for my TV

Had a 32 QLED TV sent in for warranty repair and came back damaged. Called Samsung and was told it would be refunded or replaced. Was issued a ticket number and told I would be contacted "in a few days" by an accomadation team. Been over a week, so I have been trying to contact Samsung to follow up on status. Always put on hold and around an hour each time the call hangs up. Is there another number to call besides 888-SAMSUNG? Beyond frustrating.
