QLED and The Frame TVs

Just purchased the Q80D 50 in. This is my first smart TV. I'm wondering how to change the picture mode. When I click on it it gives me  eye comfort, optimized , and AI customization. There are no other modes such as movie, gaming, Etc. Also, I noticed in some of the scenes of the movies that I watch  the very tops of their heads are cut off.  When trying to adjust picture size settings it just tells me the function isn't available. Am I missing something? Also, if someone can point me to a site or video that will tell me what settings I should have everything set to, that would be great.

I at least figured out how to get the picture mode to change. Once I turned off intelligent mode, I was able to see the other options.

Thank you for posting the screenshot. I've watched multiple YouTube videos, and unfortunately, these options are not showing up in my settings. Also, when I try to adjust the screen size, I do see THOSE options listed on the screen, but it says not available . On one of the videos I watched, he mentioned that you  have to have an app open. I've been trying to adjust the settings while on my home screen, so maybe I'll try opening an app.
