We purchased our Frame tv for Christmas 2024. While preparing to repaint the room, we noticed the painted wall behind the tv is very discolored. It does not come off with cleaner. It almost appears burned into the paint. Is it it heating the wall and “cooking” it? We have mounted it with the included factory wall mounts. I am concerned about putting it back up on a newly painted wall. Are there other wall mounts that will leave more space for circulation? Or do we have a defective tv? Thank you for responding.
You should be able to drag and drop the image from your desktop, or if you're on your phone, you should be able to copy and paste it into the message box.? Also, is the TV still working? Please note that over time, the TV will collect dust behind the TV. And can settle if not cleaned for long periods of time. As for other mounts, there should be some that you can purchase from our website or other retailers.
