I'm using the 55" QLED and the model is QA55Q7FAAULXL and the given feature All Settings> General & Privacy> Accessibility > Auto Picture Off , is not work with the YouTube. It's not mentioned anywhere that it will work with specific app or will not work with specific app. It's a basic feature now a days and must work with all possibilities.
