QLED and The Frame TVsI purchased my 65 Frame Pro Tv in September 2025. We continue to receive a message on the tv that the signal from the box is weak and to adjust the location of the box. It originally was directly behind the tv so we tried moving it to directly next to the tv. We still get the message weak signalโฆadjust! We have reinstalled to one box and still get the message. Anybody else have this problem?

QLED and The Frame TVsHello Jimabbs, It appears you will need to continue repositioning the Wireless One Connect box until the LED indicator turns blue, once the signal is strong the connection will be restored automatically. We encourage you to unpair the one connect box if the error continues, reposition the one connect box, and give it another try. If the issue is still persistent, please perform a reset of the TV before proceeding with the recommended steps previously advised. Please keep us updated.

QLED and The Frame TVsOk. I have completed all of the steps you recommended in the post including moving the box further away from the TV (it was within 6 inches, and then 36 inches, and then 6 feet). When these locations made no difference I reset the one box. Still no change. Today I did a full factory reset of the tv and this evening I received the notice to move the box because of a poor connection. I moved the box and the message popped up again. The box is now back to 30 inches from the tv and the message just popped up again.

QLED and The Frame TVsIโm having the same problem. But it has never disconnected or stopped streaming. Should we just turn off the message?

QLED and The Frame TVsDunno nuttin' 'bout wireless one connect, but I wonder if there might be a source of interference nearby that could be intermittant and cause the messages to pop-up. Like maybe a DVR with hard drive(s) or some such, or LED or fluorescent lights. Just throwing it out there.
