has anyone have this happen?  The TV is only two years old - very disappointing!

Hello! Thank you for reaching out! If this is occurring on all sources, this is something that will require service. Depending on your warrant,y you will have a few options.

 

- If your unit was recently purchased, you can check with your retailer on their return/exchange processes.
- If you have an extended warranty you can reach out to them to have service set up.

Did you get the extended warranty unfortunately this happened to my 42-inch, Sony.ak90b I definitely missed the good old days.
When you're 36in Sony triniton. Televisions will last you easy 15 years. But ever since TVs are getting thinner it seems to burn out or the circuit board just gets fried but mini LED looks very promising. As long they bring the cost down versus oled.
