QLED and The Frame TVsWith my new qn65qn90bafxza Samsung smart TV, the auto volume setting does not work so the volume is not uniform between the tv (cable source) and apps (like Netflix, amazon, MLB). when I switch to these other sources the volume is much lower than cable. Turning auto volume off or on does not see to solve the problem. Any ideas. (I've also rebooted to no success).

QLED and The Frame TVsIf you haven't had a chance yet try changing the audio to stereo while on Netflix. I see that this has helped some users. I know that when I use streaming apps such as Netflix and Hulu I always have a lower volume than when connected to an HDMI source. So that can be issues with the apps themselves, and may need to reach out to them directly.

QLED and The Frame TVsThe volume works , its just when I change the imput to apps like Netflix, Amazon prime, MLB. The volume is greatly reduced from when I am watching my Dish channels. I have read that the auto volume setting is supposed to prevent this and keep similar sound levels despite different imputs.
