QLED and The FrameWhen we attempt to control one Q90T in one room, the other senses the commands in the other room. How can we isolate the individual remotes. I know this goes against the "Universal Remote" technology, but it's a bit of a pain in our situation.

QLED and The FrameAre they Smart remotes with the dial in the center? Please provide the full model codes of the televisions so that we can best assist. Unfortunately, IR signal just spreads out indiscriminately so you would need to have a door between the rooms.
