2022 Frame Judder Issues

I'm having frequent judder issues with my brand new 2022 Frame.  It's most apparent when watching something where the camera pans or zooms slowly, causing a "jerkiness" in the picture.

I've tried turning off the "picture clarity" settings, watching TV in filmmaker mode, and watching TV in game mode.  I've also tried customizing the picture clarity settings to use the highest judder reduction rate, but nothing really seems to solve the problem.

I keep the picture clarity settings turned off on my other Samsung TVs, and they do not have the same problem, which makes me think it's something specific to the Frame.

This is driving me nuts, so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

Let's try to alleviate some of the stress by trying this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01202526/#tv-picture-is-flickering I believe this link is closely related to the issue at hand. Please read the link in its entirety to reap the full benefit of the troubleshooting. If this does not help I recommend letting a service technician have a look. As we would like to gather additional information and look at this from a case-by-case basis, please provide the full model code and the serial number of the device as well as your best contact phone number, name, and email.
