Hello,

When I turn on my TV, it starts turning black from center to borders and then restart itself and stuck in boot loop with fading screen to black. Sometimes screen keeps on for a while, but contrast and backlight is set on max values, but then restart again. TV is 8 months after warranty, so I'm little bit sad.

So my questions are. Is it software or hardware problem? It's there any chance to solve this, or do I have to by new TV?

Have you checked your TV settings for any software updates?

I had selected automatic updates, but now is impossible to check updates before it restart.

So, I was fast enough to see firmware version before screen goes black again. An I have firmware version 1401 and I think its the lastest version.

I tried unplugged power cable for few hours and then turn on TV, but with same results as before.

Try a factory reset unplug the tv then push and hold power button on the tv for 15-30 seconds then plug it back in

I did that and didn't work.

I more and more think, that my TV is gone.
