QLED and The FramePurchased the 8K QLED yesterday. I took it out of the box plugged it up and it was internally cracked. Half of the screen is black with the spider cracks. Samsung said its physical damage and of course it isnt. They also stated it wasnt covered for this reason. I purchased the tv from Little Creek Navy base and wondering what will be my next step to resolve this. The tv was over $2000 and now I have to pay for repairs on a new tv. Should I go to the Navy Exchange leaders, local attorney general or both? Has anyone else had this issue before I began my quest for a resolution.
