Solved: 75 Inch Frame Won't Stop Chiming - Samsung Community

I have a 75 inch Samsung Frame and it won't stop making a chime noise. I have read every thread on this, turning off notifications related to Alexa on my phone didn't help, it's not related to motion, I don't have a sound bar, I don't know what it is. The TV is unuseable with this chime going off every 30 seconds . Please help.
