QLED and The FrameJust purchased the 75" frame tv, and I'm trying to subscribe to the Art Store. Everything fine until it asks me to set up a 4 digit pin (enter and then enter again). There's no keyboard or any way to enter numbers. Can't bypass it, and there's no way to complete the transaction without entering the pin. I checked for software updates, and there are none available. I saw many other people have posted about this same issue for over a month and it's not been resolved. I'm really disgusted that Samsung will continue to sell this product specifically designed to display artwork and then ignore the issue that's preventing from users from setting up the tv properly. Very frustrating and extremely poor customer service.....if this simple issue hasn't been resolved, I'm left feeling that I won't get better service down the line.....

QLED and The FrameFound this and it worked! Community for the win.
"I had the same issue and what ended up working for me was a manual pairing of the remote to the TV. I held the back button and the play/pause button down together for a few seconds to pair. Once that was done, when I hit the 123 button, a number pad popped up to enter the pin. While the rest of the remote had previously worked without the manual pairing, the 123 button did not until after. Hope this helps others."

QLED and The FrameWell, if I had read some of the posts before I bought it I may have kept looking....the frame tv is a great idea, but it's the lack of resolution on such a simple thing that's really poor. After dozens of people report the same issue they still ask users to submit specific info before they will even think about addressing the issue. We talked about returning it to the store and that may still happen if this doesn't get resolved quickly. I'm glad it possibly saved you some frustration!!! 🙂
