My TV will NOT allow me to exit the application. I have tried the "SOLVED" fix in a prior post. The fix does not work and should NOT be marked "SOLVED" when there are numerous replies stating that it does not work. Samsung we pay way too much money for these TV's to have an issue like this linger on for so long. Either come up with a fix or allow the application to be disabled. I do not want this application opening every time I turn on my television.
