My new Q60B QLED 4k 2022 TV which I purchased specifically for Ambient Mode only has 4 categories. I was told by a Samsung insider that I would have to upgrade because this model has "Ambient lite" can this be true? I already spend $800 and it lists as having Ambient Mode but where is Decor, mood, relaxation q collection? I have already spent hours on the phone with technicians and did factory resets. I would like the feature I paid for as it was advertised. What model do I have to get? I know I'm not the only person experiencing this.
