Ambient mode "functions" have disappeared on my 32-inch QLED TV 4K. I had the ambient mode functions on the set around December or January - 6 mos ago. I set a timer to wake me up at a certain hour using those functions. Now the functions are gone and I cannot change the turn-on time. I have tried the sleep timer and that is not the same function/control.
It is possible that I accessed the AM functions through an app or TV+, but I know that I had them. I am not sure that I had the Ambient Mode button to the left of the home icon, but I remember being pleased that similar functionality existed as in a larger model I own with the AM button on the panel.
Does anyone else out there know what I am talking about?
Do you remember where you were able to access those Ambient mode functions? I usually enter Ambient Mode and navigate to the Ambient Settings icon to set my auto brightness, sleep after, and screen settings.
