My QLED tv has a black line right across the middle. 4 years old. What do I do now?

I am sorry that you are experiencing difficulties with your Samsung TV ,can you verify that all of your cables are connected securely Hdmi etc and then press the home button on your remote control to enter the settings for your TV and go to the Support menu and run the device care feature to check for any errors ,after that please run the picture test diagnostic tool which can be found on the same menu under device care, if nothing else seems to fix the issue I recommend trying a full factory reset of the TV , and if the black line is still on the screen after all of these steps it may be a problem with the Panel and a repair is necessary and you will need to contact Samsung support to receive more information +1 800-726-7864
