We’ll, I’ll post here because Samsung support has been pathetic. I tell them the problem and they just give me the usual canned answers that don’t address the problem.
The issue is that I cannot add new personal art to the frame tv. It’s sized correctly (3840x2160). I just get the same 2 error messages.
any solutions?
