hi, not sure if anyone has experienced the same problem, although I have seen a few posts earlier that seem to be similar and there doesn’t seem to be a set solution.
When trying to connect and complete the purchase of the art subscription for my Frame , my phone or computer keep on-trying to process a payment but nothing happens. I’ve tried this over several days and weeks and the same issue occurs. It doesn’t like any of my payment methods via PayPal or debit or credit card.
I do have register account with Samsung, but this doesn’t seem to help
