Cannot update 65" Q950R 2019 or 55" Q90R 2019

Hello,

I have 3 Samsung TVs, one 65" Q950R and two 55" Q90R all 2019 models.

The one 55" Q90R updated successully to firmware 1371 but the other two keep prompting "There are no new updates for you at the moment" and stuck in 1361. I have tried with wifi, wired and usb with no luck, i have even reset them. Note that the two 55" Q90R are the exact same model!

Any ideas?

To me there are no updates for the 55 inch tvs. It could be an small update for the 65 inch models only.

I managed to install v1371 from USB. I was downloading the wrong package (T-MSMAKUC) after downloading T-MSMDEUC i was able to update
