2021 Frame TV: in Settings I cannot find a way to enter the PIN (0000) because the remote supplied with the TV has no numeric keypad and the settings screen does not allow on-screen numeric entry. How can I enter the PIN? Is this possible with the remote supplied with the TV?
BEFORE YOU REPLY - read again - the settings screen does not allow on-screen numeric entry using the numeric entry button on the supplied remote. If you do not have access to a 2021 Frame TV and can only offer a guess, please do not reply - this especially applies to Samsung Mods.
I have precisely the same issue. It is impossible to reset my Frame 2021. One of the most important basic function.... Do not tell us to use a remote from another television or a phone.
FYI, the numeric on-screen pad does not show when I am asked for the PIN. Not automatically, not by pressing the 4-colored button on the remote.
