I purchased a Samsung 55 inch frame TV from BJs wholesale club. The advertisement said it came with a 2 year free membership to the Samsung Art store. After I installed the TV, I discovered there is not pre-loaded 2 year membership. Has any one else had similar bait and switch about free art store memberships. How did you fix it?
You go the app store on your TV type in Samsung Promotion, download the Art Store, open the app, select annual membership put in credit card and it will start your 2 year free membership. Samsung will know this TV came from BJ's with the promotion
