QLED and The FrameHi,
I was connecting cables to my new Q60T and noticed a gap the back panel where I can actually see inside the TV. I was wondering if that's normal.
Is it something I should worry about?

QLED and The FrameIt's not normal but it's nothing to worry about. If it does bother you though, I would recommend exchanging the unit with the retailer.

QLED and The FrameIt doesn't bother me as it is on the back panel: impossible to see it.
I was mostly wondering whether it could cause issues over the long term, but if you say there's no reason to worry, there's no need to return it to the store!
Thanks for the reply.

QLED and The FrameIt just looks like the back panel wasn't latched/snapped in completely, or it came loose during shipment. I bet if you pushed on it it would snap in, but don't bother trying it. The screen is extremely delicate.
But it's just a cover, don't worry about it. In my case, one side of my TV's feet wont latch in. I had to put tape to hold it in while I moved it to the stand. I guess their build quality isn't the best.

QLED and The FrameYes, that's what I thought. My main worry was about dust getting inside the Tv through that gap. But that shouldn't be an issue? And I guess I could always fix that by putting black tape over it.
