QLED and The FrameI tried to respond to a similar post someone else made but it wouldn’t let me.
The tv keeps “forgetting” (auto deletes) the computer I have connected to an hdmi port. And since the remote has no source button (but several other useless buttons I’ll never touch) you cannot just easily switch to that input. Instead you have to through the entire auto detect dance again. Working until the “auto delete” function removes it for you again.
Please fix this. In the meantime I’m going to just buy a 3rd party remote that has a “source” button (that hopefully works). Can anyone recommend one?

QLED and The FrameDid you ever get it figured out? Mine is like 4 mnths old and it will not recognize ANY component I connect to it! I tried to get Samsung to send someone out to repair it under warranty and they told me they can't find one! I done a search for oneand can't find one anywhere with in 1000 miles of me! Yes that is 3 zero's! I din't search any further than that. There may not be one in the entire USA! - Anyway, I am wondering if the connection port mudule(or what ever you call it?) went out? If so can I fix it myself?
Sorry for not answering your question but instead asking you a question but I am desperate and can't find anything on this exact topic and SAMSUNG "dang sure ain't no help!"
Thanks for reading

QLED and The FrameNope. It’s not possible. Even a remote with a source button doesn’t help.
This is exactly how companies, even Samsung, screw up using technology to “help” the user. Let’s add this nice “auto detect” feature so the user doesn’t have to do thing manually. BUT previously when doing it manually, it REMEMBERED and didn’t “auto forget”. Auto detect happens to include auto forget, so let’s ask the user to “do stuff” EVERY time.
i think it’s that the device gets confused because I have “two” PCs connected. It never auto forgets the first one. Just a dumb issue that a little bit of user beta testing and study would have avoided.

QLED and The FrameBy the way, for your specific problem, you’ll need to get the tv replaced or refunded. It’s a hardware failure likely.

QLED and The FrameAfter a bit of further reading on the forums here it might also be that a Samsung firmware update has basically broken your tv. Another thread has many angry Frame owners saying the firmware update has broken their tv. All of this really makes me reconsider buying Samsung TVs. Also before buying my next tv I’m going to ask to see how this works in store first. All this “auto help you out I know better than you what you want” bs is bad bad bad.
