QLED and The FrameHi, I have spent about 4-5 hours with the Samsung agents on the phone trying to make the remote work but it has been unsuccessful.
I have a 55 inch frame tv 55LS03TA
we have reset the remote by removing the batteries and pressing the power button without the batteries. I have also unplugged and plugged the tv again. Tried unpairing and pairing the remote.
I received a new remote today, paired again but it's having the same problem.
am not sure the Samsung team can be of any help over the phone at this point but would appreciate any help.
