Bought this a little over two years ago (12/13/2019) and now have both horizontal and vertical stationary lines running frame to frame! Extremely disappointed and frustrated, I've been told a new display screen would be $800+. Is there any recourse from Samsung?

QLED and The FrameHello! I understand how this can be frustrating with your TV having verticle lines on it, if this is occurring on all sources and during the picture test this will require service, you have a couple of options based on your warranty.
- If your unit was recently purchased, you can check with your retailer on their return/exchange processes.
- If you have an extended warranty you can reach out to them to have service set up.
- If you're within the one year warranty, you can Private message me or one of our moderators with your full model and serial number to have service setup
- If you're OUT of warranty, you can use this link below to find a service center in your area.

QLED and The FrameConcur.
Wasn't going to buy another Samsung due to recent history but I see they are now offering a 3-year warranty on some models, plus Sams Club is extending it to 4-years for free. So just purchased a 65Q8D from Sams, fingers crossed!
