I m a loyal Samsung buyer from the Philippines for over two decades now and I'm VERY disappointed with my latest Samsung Neo 800b TV. I watched many of the reviews of the latest models with Samsung and the reviewers advertising its many features and more specifically on apps like SAMSUNG HEALTH, XBOX, HULU, STADIA, SAMSUNG V PLUS, etc but when I got my tv last week and all eager to download and play with the apps, was dismayed as all are not available alongside other apps. Can you do something about this, please? Obviously, I can't return the tv as I invested a lot also with my phone and watch all from your company.
