How do you get replacements for missing parts from Samsung? I bought the tv from Amazon and don't want to deal with returning because I've already broken down the box to recycle. The accessory kit looks like it's just the power cable and One Connect cable. We went thru everything and that little box was missing.
No, that box was there. It looks like it was a smaller bos or bag? With the two cables in it. Nowhere to be found. Amazon said I had to ask for replacement parts from Samsung, not sure what to do at this point.
