Netflix button not working on remote

Hey guys,

Just got my new tv today, I got the QA75Q60CAWXXY model, everything seems to be working fine other than when I try to use the Netflix button on the remote it says the app isn't available anymore?

Netflix works perfectly fine on the TV itself it's just trying to use the remote button shortcut won't work.

Any help appreciated,
