One Connect SOC1000MA no longer working

Hi,

 Out of the blue my TV (QN55Q7FAMF) stopped working.   It looks like it is basically power cycling constantly.

 After a bit of trouble shooting i realized that if i unplugged the One Connect the TV would stay on. 

 Has anyone been able to find a solution as to why this has happened and how to fix it?
