Prime video, Apple Music and TV not working.

I am facing a problem in launching the application like Primevideo, Apple TV and Apple Music. I thought there is some problem with application so I do factory reset of tv. Now the application was not installing. Showing error code 125059.

I have a 2020 55" Frame and have the same issue - it has never worked.  I just installed firmware 1301 via USB and it did not resolve the issue.

I have discovered a fix that worked for me, problem was Amazon prime would not load and could not reinstall..........

Unplugged TV for around 30 seconds, plugged it back in, switched on, and then went to app settings and attempted a reinstall. It then allowed me to reinstall and Amazon prime now works as expected.

Hello when trying to instal Apple TV and prime I get error code 125059

I am getting the same error, TV model code UE49RU7300KXXU. Apple TV stopped working. Unplugging for 15s didn't help the issue and when I attempt to reinstall Apple TV I get error code 125059.

I have same issues on all 3 of my new TVs anything dealing with Apple and Amazon is showing errors, reset the computer 3 times with same error

I am facing the same issue with amazon prime , I tried

1. Restarting TV - that didnt work

2. Reinstalling the app - which I cannot do as it says "Error: Unable to install. Please try again later: (Amazon Prime Video: 125059)  

3. Tried resetting smart hub and then re-installing the app - same issue
