I have been having problems with both my 2019 Q60R TV and 2021 QN95A TV using dolby atmos or 5.1 sound through HDMI ARC. The audio is great, but every few minutes the highs and lows both drop out for about 5 seconds, then come back. I factory reset the TVs, the soundbars, upgraded HDMI cables, and verified my internet speeds at over 300mbps, and it doesn't seem to happen on every streaming service or every Atmos capable movie. I had the same issue on a newer QN95A but a firmware update that I had to do manually seems to have resolved it. When I went looking for a firmware update on my QN65Q60RAFXZA firmware 1401 I can't find anything. I am currently on 1401, and I see that for the EU models they released a 1409 to fix this exact issue. Is this something anyone else is having issues with? Or is there a firmware release I can upgrade to?
