Just bought a new tv Samsung q80a 

after I signed in during set up it froze 

doesn’t respond to the remote 

tried turning it off , even took out the plug for a whole day and still no luck 

what ami suppose to do ??? Please help

I can definitely understand your concern here. If you recently purchased the unit, I recommend taking it back to your retailer. You may be within a return window. Otherwise, I recommend letting a service technician look this over. As we would like to look at this from a case-by-case basis, we would need to gather additional information. Please provide the full model code and the serial number of the device as well as your best contact phone number, name, and email.
