Q900R: Remove the mat on uploaded photos

I have a 55" Q900R and I was wondering if anyone has been able to remove the mat from an uploaded photo.  None of the artwork that we have in the livingroom have mats, and I'd like what we're showing on the TV in ambient mode to be similar.

I've read the discussions for doing this on the Frame TVs, and I did have a 65" Frame that I was able to do this on.   I've followed the instructions from those threads, but I'm not seeing any option to select a mat or go without one.

We moved, and I decided to go with the Q900R in order to get better picture quality with the same frame look in a 55" model.

Hi there!

I am having the exact same issue (have been for a year) and just cannot figure it out.

Have you figured out a solution yet?

Thanks

This is obvious nonsense as it is higher than it is wide. Does no one check that the answers are even plausible?
