The TV is stucked on step 3 and I cannot take any actions that will change the situation. I have tried turning it off and on, turning it off/unplugging for more than 5 minutes/turning on, pressing all available buttons on the remote… any thoughts on how to unlocked this failed setup process? Can I perform a hard reset?

Hello! I understand how this can be frustrating with your TV not wanting to be set up correctly. I would recommend calling into us directly and asking for our remote management team,  as you have already tried the relevant troubleshooting. Our number is 1 (800) 726-7864.
