This TV just 1 month old, it works fine without any problem. I throw the "TV Stand" away 3 days ago and the bad thing happened right after the date. When I watch the Disney Channel in the middle, the screen went dark and not came back. I followed the website tons suggestions - unplug 30 seconds, unplug 60 seconds, hold power 30 seconds, hold power 15 seconds,.... etc. The TV comes back a while to allow me have a diagnostics - it said OK - no problem found. All in the sudden, it turns black again. It was off and on twice. I did "RESET" as my final try out. The TV comes back after 24 hours, have Hello..., After I connected to internet and watched the Samsung Bloomberg channel, it happened again - went black. Never comes back till now.

QLED and The FrameI can definitely understand your concern here. Let's try to alleviate some of the stress by trying this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001086/
If this does not help I recommend letting a service technician have a look. As we would like to gather additional information, and look at this from a case by case basis please provide the full model code and the serial number of the device as well as your best contact phone number, name, and email.
